Transfering saves from retail DS carts to CycloDS

I have a whole bunch of retail DS carts that I'd like to be able to continue playing (rather than starting over) on my CycloDS.

There is a savsender (and receiver) app that lets you beam them to the PC wirelessly, but I can't get it to work. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I think there's some stuff about DLDI that is going totally over my head, so any hints much appreciated.

It gets as far as saying "welcome to savsender 1.1!" on the DS and flashing orange light for wireless.

edit: Probably need to turn off encryption on the router. I'll try that later.

Didn't matter if it was on WEP or off completely.
libtest can find it fine and connect.

Anyone fancy testing this out on theirs?

I tried running the backup dump software too so that I could dump my own carts to the CycloDS (rather than dodgy downloads), but that couldn't connect either.
