Can anyone please translate these Japanese error messages?

I fear I may have done something disastrous...

I can't read the majority of the kanji, but it's something to do with what's in memory card slot A.

      1:
The memory card in slot A needs to be initialised (i.e. formatted)
      Format?
      Yes No

      2:
The object inserted in slot A cannot be used.

Okay, so does anyone know of any utilities for data recovery? Basically I was using a JPN memory card with a JPN GCN game on a JPN GCN then decided to try playing it on a PAL Wii using the app GCBooter. Looks like it has tried to format the memory card (or has succeeded??).

If you clicked "yes" then it appears to have succeeded, judging by what the second screenie says.

When I started up the game I thought it was asking to load the save file from the memory card, but I guess it was trying to format it. When I loaded it into my JPN Wii to take these screen shots, I selected no from the first picture and then the second picture shows what was under the prompt.

Ah, then you should be okay I guess.

                No, I think it's gone

When I put it in the PAL Wii, when I thought it was asking to load the save file I selected yes so now that I've put it in the JPN Wii, it can't read it so it wants to format it again. Don't understand why the PAL Wii would want to format it to English while playing a Japanese game, but there you go...

The Wii menu will try to format it to the same region as it, whereas saving in a Gamecube game will try to save in the region of the game no matter what region the console is.
At least that's the way I understand it.

That's what I thought, so that's why I'm confused! Why didn't the game just load the save file instead of trying to format it?

I've just booted up the game on the PAL Wii again to get some screenshots in case it's saying something different! I'll upload them in a minute.

1: There is no Pokemon Coliseum save file on the memory card in slot A.

                        2:
                        Yes
                        No
                        Make a new file?

                        3:
                        Yes
                        No
You can't save, but would you like to start the game anyway?

I guess I did format it already then. Thanks for all the translations anyway.
