Mac transcoder

Can anyone recommend me a good mac transcoder, preferably free if or as cheap as possible.

I'm looking to play x264 encoded files through my TV (Panasonic G20), but it doesn't support that format.

Does Vuze not work as a transcoder? Might be a bit clumsy, not sure, but it's free obviously.
