Dreamcast Scart Lead

I have just got my PAL dreamcast and some of the games are in 60hz. The spare TV isn't capable of displaying 60hz ft: so would a scart cable cure the problem of the flickering image (currently using the rf lead). I am not bothered if it doesn't as I will just connect it up to the main Tv and play it there.

No. Neither a Scart or an RGB Scart lead will fix the problem. The TV either supports 60Hz or not. What RGB Scart leads will fix is a possible lack of NTSC support.
