      He uses 4GB on that? Bit of a waste... anyway, I was going to suggest checking event viewer, but XP is quite limited in what information it provides there (in comparison to Vista/7). Have a check though to see if anything driver or hardware-related has flagged up critical errors in the past.

        Yeah I had a bit of a look at that just now. I guess it is a waste running XP 32bit, but I dont think anyones planning on buying 7 any time soon. Plus its only 1GB lost really innit.

        Just future proofing a bit I guess.

        Couldn't notice anything out of the ordinary in event viewer, its a right head scratcher.
