Direct Cable Connection

Ok, one for the tekkies.

Tryin to Direct cable from pc to pc via parallel. When i try to connect it i get a prompt asking for username and password. I havent set any passwords that i'm aware of. What do i do? Is there any way to dig through Windows and find out these passwords?

What are you trying to do with the parallel to parallel connection? Gaming, Windows file sharing?

What version of Windows?
