Nope, also on the number pad on the right of the keyboard the numbers don't work but the 'arrows' below these (on same keys) work instead!

You might even have 'function lock' as some laptop keyboards have them.

Shut down and turn of pc, then turn it on after a while

Check for wee on keyboard (just in case)
