PS3 Sound through Phono

I've a spare PS3 in the kitchen that actually gets alot of use. It'd hooked up via HDMI, but my stereo only has phono inputs, and the Sammy LCDs speakers just don't cut it. Need to have it at 90+ out of 100 on the volume.

So is there a way of getting the sound out of the AV Multi out and picture from HDMI at the same time?

Yes, just set it in the options, you can have multiple audio out. Its in the sound options.
