So, for a really bizarre bonus question, what does anyone reckon the chances are of me using this plus an XBox to GC converter to get my DC stick working in time for GC Soul Calibur 2?
    Two converters, hmm.

Never tried it myself and never heard of anyone trying it, but I don't see why it won't work.

Thanks - should my XBox ever appear I'll probably give it a go; I've yet to find a direct way to link my DC stick to a GC or PS2. In fact, before that link I'd only found a PC adaptor.

Allan, if you can dig up some more info on this I would be interested in one, especially if its made by Hori ^^

          That would be the X-Arcade

          (more info http://www.x-arcade.com/info_pictures.htm here.)

works for practically everything, but it's very pricey.

No! That's an awful American stick. Way overpriced, too.

I need loose, Japanese Microswitched Clicky Goodness? for Final Burn Alpha!

No Plisken- I told the other man earlier- that stick is totally inappropriate for most games. You need the loose proper Japanese sticks, especially tuned for Japanese arcade gaming- not those crap American ones. If you offered them to me for free I wouldn`t take them.

Square- I`ll get a price for you mate.

That X Arcade thing is terrible - totally misses the point as to what is required of an arcade stick (as usual)

The only arcade sticks worth getting are Japanese and mostly from Hori or Ascii - sounds harsh but it's totally true.

                  ENNIT!

So many people just do not get WHY Japanese sticks are so good!

"loose, Japanese Microswitched Clicky Goodness™ " all the way BABY! - I even cut the springs of Japanese sticks in half - it has to be so loose I can control it by ESP!

After a bit of poking around on Hori's website (and a fair bit of random clicking, and some fiddling with babelfish (which produced some frighteningly funny results on some of the pages )), i found this, which looks like it might be what Tokuda was thinking of, and even if not, it looks well worth investigating.

I know it sounds like a lot, but I`ll have to charge 57pounds (after EMS) for this- its one of the weightier sticks around as well as not being too cheap here.

                              Still interested?
