    PS2 digital out

    I have just picked up a DTS system for a decent price and have the PS2 running via analogue for surround sound. I know the PS2 gives DTS on some cutscenes and on DVDs, but can I use the optical out for standard surround on gaming or do I just need to use the analogue?
