Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Suggestions?

Been looking to upgrade for a while for my new room. Everything must be fresh and new so that means a new keyboard and mouse since the ones I have are about 5 years old.

I've mainly been looking at Logitech as they are awesome. Some of the wireless mice they have are just brilliant looking and I had an MX518 before so want something similar again. And the keyboard I'd like to be illuminated as I have a Saitek Eclipse right now.

Most combinations are extoritionate though so see if there's any good deals or alternatives you guys know before I break the bank on some Logitech goodness. :-)

Don't use a wireless KB or mouse for gaming mate! KB (not infra red of course, lol) aren't too bad, but a mouse is a bad idea. Stick with the 518

Hmmm I thought wireless mice would be okay to use now. Didn't know they'd still be **** for gaming? Is that actually the case?

I use a wireless mouse in work and it's 100%, never notice anything bad of course I'm not trying to headshot insurgents from 50 metres away with a pistol but clicking on email after email after email as slow as I possibly can get away with!!
