Been with VM for nearly 3 years now and I can't complain really. I love the free 7 days usenet they provide and I download about 100gb per month on average and I always max my 20mb connection with usenet.

But some areas apparently are oversubscribed which leads to slow speeds etc.

Our 10 MB VM connection has been performing as you expect recently, but we did go through a period where we were getting 1-2 MB down in the evenings when we wanted to use the net and Xbox Live, which was a pain. It is still stable since the upstream increases they've been doing too.

I find changing servers gives me quite different results just on Speedtest. I get good results from France.
