PSO GC and SNES RGB Q's

Hi,

This may sound daft but, can you play single player GC Phantasy Star Online, offline? I can't actually find anything that gives me a definitive answer


Also, can anyone point me in the direction of an RGB scart cable for a PAL SNES?

yes you can play PSO offline, you need to do this in order to build up your avatar.
