Mario Kart DOuble Dash Bonus Disc

Anyone know where to pre order the US version to get the Bonus Disc? (for those that don't know - Nintendo is bundling the game with a bonus disc for pre orders - You get 6 playable demos, trailers and fire emblem GBA downloadables).

Though I've heard, unlike previous bonus discs in the US, you only get it when Mario Kart comes out.
