Been trying to find a definitive answer to this, but no luck. Does anyone know whether USA region PS3 Slim has a universal PSU? I've read many conflicting reports.
The fans on my old PS3 launch model are making a horrendous noise after around 20 minutes, making it impossible to enjoy movies on the console. I'd like to import a new PS3 slim, but need to know whether it will require a stepdown.
