Skype alternative

After waiting months for Skype to fix the problems with skype on windows 7 64 bit (it uses 50% cpu and has a giant memory leak making it unusable for me)
I've been looking for some alternatives. Sadly I can't find any. I'm using google talk at the moment which is great but doesn't do conference calls unfortunately.

So I was wondering if anyone knows any good alternatives for Skype. It has to:

• be free
• support conference calls
• and preferably not have lot's of bloat (I don't need toolbars and facebook integration and god knows what else)

I'm on W7 64bit and it works for me. Only tried it once though and sound only, no webcam.

I'd like to know the answer too though.
