Xbox 360 outputting no video - Help!

The console boots up but doesnt output a video signal all of a sudden. I have tried both hdmi and component cables and have had no luck.

I'm in despair! Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Do you get sound during boot up?

Is it still under warranty?
If not you might be able to fix it buy running it with the GPU cooler removed until it overheats but it is on the way out.

out of warranty unfortunately

bad time of the year with many games due to land on the 25th!

is it worth repairing (if possible) or should i search for a standalone console as i already have leads, hd etc
