Recommend me a Digital Camera or Camcorder please!

I'm looking to buy a digital camera very soon for university (I study sculpture), and I want something suitable for documenting my work.

I had hoped to find one that provided good video recording. I'm not overly concerned whether its HD quality, but if the picture and audio are of a good standard I'd be happy.

Because of this I had considered a camcorder, but really I think 70% of what I'd use it for is straight forward photography. But I am open to the idea of a camcorder if there's one you would recommend.

My budget is between ?100-?200, and I had looked at a series of Fuji cameras...
