eeprom writers and snes dev

where can a guy like me buy an eeprom reader writer as i am thinking of tryingsome of the exercises out on the website below.

If your up for soldering SNES carts then you can make this EPROM programmer, it's very simple and about ?15.

Good luck, soldering EPROMS together is a tad tricky by the way and you can feck em up very quickly.

Before I had an eeprom programmer I used to use my pc mobo, its best if you use an old one so if you do mess up you haven't damaged anything of great value.

Build that device, it'll take you an hour tops... If you going to solder SNES cartridges then you better get some practice.
