Power Drift (jap) does, and the Daytona Circuit Edition also will. Apart from that I can't remember off hand.

Sonic jam, sonic r, Manx tt, burning rangers, outrun, galaxy force II, space harrier, afterburner, sega rally plus, world league soccer all officially....Many games work with the stick but not the shifters.

Sega Rally, probably not true analogue control though it feels similar to the arcade racer controller. With a bit of practice it's possible to get better lap times with the analogue controller than the digital controller. I have proof, see the rllmukforum Sega Rally lap times thread.

Sega Touring Cars worked better with the analogue like Manx TT did.

Dark Saviour, you play the game using the d-pad but can use the analogue stick for rotating the camera.

This is something I should add to my site. There are more games that work with the analoge controller than listed here but off the top of my head I can't remember any of them

                    Thanks for the information guys.

I can confirm Gorf's report that you can use the controller with Sega Rally, acting as a racing wheel. Control's not bad at all, in-game, but oversensitive on the menu screen.
