Netbook to CRT TV

My friend is looking for a way of connecting her netbook to a CRT TV.

The netbook itself only has VGA and USB as a method of potential output.
The TV has an ariel input, as well as Composite and S-Video.

Can someone recommend a cheap-as-possible device? Even something generic is fine, as long as she can watch her videos in the telly.

He can get an USB videocard or a VGA-to-composite adaptor.
5 min search, probably both can get cheaper with a longer sweep of the intertubes.

I used to connect mine with svideo and audio from the headphone jack, for which you'd only need the cables.

I've also got one of these which is pretty good if its just for movies.
