    Whats RGB!!!!!

I have a PS2 and use the scart cable supplied with it (the one where you put the red, yellow, white cables in the scart connector). Is this better than a scart to scart lead?

Which one is the RGB cable?

What are the advantages/disadvantages of the two?

And lastly which one gives you the green screen when playing DVD's?

    Thanks

The above page has a 'Displaying a Picture' section which explains what RGB is.

And that one tells you all about the different kinds of connection you can use.

    This site really does rock

Oh, and I don't think this is mentioned on those pages, but an RGB cable is the one that will give you a green screen effect on DVDs. However, there are ways around that.

Unwitting ignorance that the picture could be better with anything but the supplied cable. Folk just need telling, that's all.
