    Posting from Japan.

I'm going to Tokyo at the end of next week and need some advice on sending items back to the UK via the Japanese postal service.

Basically i'm hoping to bring all software back in my normal luggage and send any bigger items such as joysticks or consoles back using EMS.

My only worry is that its going to be hard to get the counter staff in the post office to understand what i want as i speak virtually no Japanese and i might end up either paying way over the odds to get the stuff back to the UK or end up waiting 6 months for it as it slowly makes its way over on a boat. Also, do the post offices stock all the items i'll need to ship stuff back such as bubble wrap, boxes, tape etc?

So, if anyone can give me any advice or maybe even the address of a post office where they definitely speak English it'd be much appreciated.

You main problem will be having someone in Japan to do a claim for you if the items go missing or are damaged in the post.

      Thanks for that.

As regards lost or damaged items i guess i'm just going to have to keep my fingers crossed and risk it.
