430 is pretty rubbish even the older cards like the 8800 nvidia or the ati 4850 would be alot faster

think the 5770 and 460 would be almost double the frame rate then the 430

Does the cooling in the palicomp machine seem enough? Surely if it's overclocked I thought it'd need a better cooler than stock heatsink and fan?

does it come preoverclocked ?

i would imagine though it would be fine heard the new intel cpus run cooler ....but me personally i find overclocking performance gains not that great

The days of hopelessly underperforming stock coolers are long behind us. Unless you want a very quiet PC or are doing some major overclocking, stock cooling is fine.

Cheers for that mate, it is a standard i5 2500k overclocked to around 4.5ghz, so quite high overclocking would stock cooling still be ok you reckon?

think it would be fine what i would probably say is if you got the machine just see what temp it runs at

think though if its preoverclocked doubt they would sell anything that wouldnt work
