If you ask him to mark down the value of the games then he will do that for you, he will just not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs if that's the case. If you want games declared at $50 then you only get $50 insurance.

If you spring for EMS shipping you should get your games in about 3 days, that's how long stuff usually takes for me.
