Am i right in thinking my DS Lite is Dead

just been playing some Pokemon White on my DS Litewhen it turned off so i thought i would charge it and my DS Lite is on charge but it's not showing no lights on the DS is there something wrong with it

Sounds like a fuse issue (Either F1 or F2) or could be the L2 capacitor. Would have to open her up and get the old multimeter out to check the internal fuses.
