    NGPC game documentation

Does anyone know what constitutes a full set of original documents for the 39 UK NGPC games?

They seem to vary a bit, for example Metal Slug 1 has 3 manuals, the pink SNK address slip and an orange epilepsy warning slip, but Metal Slug 2 only seems to have 1 manual, plus the two slips.

Just that I've been sold copies in the past (not from anyone here) which have been sold as mint and complete, only to have certain sheets missing. I'd like to know what I should expect from a complete game.

No idea mate, some I've had UK wise have just got the UK manual (later releases mainly), some have 3 manuals (earlier releases generally). This usually ties in with the packaging being in one or multiple languages.

As for the slips, most of mine have them, but some I've bought second hand have not. Either they didn't have them, or they've been chucked out by the original owner...

believe it or not there are numerous versions of most titles for the european market

most have the elspa mark on the back only but others have a description of the game in 3 languages and have loads of manuals with the elspa stickers on the front somewhere

if its a uk game it will only have 1 manual - if its the euro version it will have loads, but they still have the same neop number

the uk version (full picture on the back with krauser in the middle) has 1 insert in english with the elspa logo on the back on the insert

and i have another version with just a plain white back, couple of pictures but 3 different languages and loads of manuals - the elspa logo is a sticker stuck on the front of the clamshell box

          both uk version neop

It sounded as if you were saying the multi language releases were not uk versions.

early uk releases had several languages, later releases didn't. they're both uk editions though.

yeah i know but i just checked and everyone with multi-language on the back has plenty of manuals

the ones with elspa on the back and no multi-language (on the back of the box) only have 1 manual

and i have a complete set

Do you have a list of the released games by any chance?
I'm thinking of collecting NGPC games(well the better ones at least)

Also, which is the game that's worth like ?400? I wouldn't mind finding a few of them in a bargain bin right now

Another one with a complete set eh? Not bad... may I ask how much Pocket Reversi cost?

All 39 UK releases with manuals and clam shell boxes in tact in my collection. Must take a picture sometime. And one of the stupid casino games (Neo 21) was the last one I needed to finish the set...

my last game(s) to get was shanghai mini and puzzle link - which i got last week from a French seller

the dive alerts were a bum to get as well

neo baccarat was just as hard to find as neo 21 and its just as poo poo

Dive Alert Matt I got very easily... well actually at the time it was out back in 2000. I should have gotten Dive Alert Becky as well, but didn't. And that was one of the last couple I needed too

Puzzle Link and Baccarat weren't too hard... neither were Evolution and Faselei (you just have to pay the money, though I only paid ?40 for each). I actually found Cotton, Gals Fighters and Cool Boarders quite difficult to track down...

I'm short of about six, but I'm not really arsed about tracking them down. They are:

                        Baccarat
                        Dive Alert Becky
                        Evolution
                        Faselei
                        Cool Boarders
                        Shanghai

I have Cotton, Gals Fighters and Picture Puzzle, I picked those up at the time.

Thanks for the answers guys. Sounds like a slight minefield, but basically I shouldn't worry too much if a game arrives with only one manual. I'm guessing the pink slip and yellow/orange slip should always be there though?

Papercut, I have a spare Faselei if you're interested. PM me if you are.
