PAL Asian Megadrive + UK PAL Mega CD - compatible?

Just that really im considering buying a modded Asian Megadrive, but its no good if it wont work with my UK Mega CD.

If someone could clear that up for me it'd be appreciated.

Yes they will work mate i used to have the same setup, you just need to set the switches on the modded MD to the Pal region and 50hz (you can switch back to 60hz once the game has booted)
