DC arcade stick converters

Had a look around but can`t find any converters to use my DC stick on my cube.
Is there such a thing, or any faqs to mod one from an old cube pad?

As far as I know, there arent any because none of the Dreamcast to 'insert console here' converters map the Z and C buttons so essentially you only have 4 buttons.

Any sort of faq for that would help. 4 buttons would be fine as I`m only planning to use it for the likes of Ikaruga.

Actually, if anyone is in a position to do a general FAQ it would be great.

I'm about to be (once the GC one gets here) of having sticks for both DC and GC, and would love to know which (if any) connectors would get me anywhere with using either of them on other machines (as well as using them for two player on either SC game).
