Where to buy Pal Swap Magic discs?

Howdy ya'll anyone have any idea where I can buy these from? As I can't seem to find hide nor hair of them - other than eBay and not sure I want to go that route as was ripped off a few days ago from there.

You can probably find them in any mod chip site. Be warned that these things tend not to like dual layer discs and most of the best stuff that didn't cross the Atlantic was dual layered (still, Tales of the Abyss 3D is coming to the EU at least to remove one reason for it).
