Can anyone help me identify whether a site is using cookies or not?

Chrome. Click the wrench, Tools, Developer tools. Resources Tab, scroll down to cookies.

FF - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...at=all&x=0&y=0

IE 9 - Click the cog. Cache, view cookie info.

In Firefox 4 (pretty sure it's the same in 3), just click on the favicon next to the URL and click "More Information". It tells you in there.

Option>Under the Bonnet>Content Settings in Chrome can then look for the url/website name
