What has happened to them? I know a lot of people had problems with them (myself included) but their site has not been updated for months - the last I heard they were moving to a new warehouse....maybe they broke down on the way there

Anyone know.....or care for that matter?

They owe me some credit too (only $20 or so). I must have sent them 10 emails asking if I could place an order to use my credit and with no reply.

So I voted with my feet and deleted them from my favourites, there are too many good importers around these days to bother wasting your money with them.

I hope they've gone out of business, I really do. They've f***** off so many people that they deserve it-SO MANY people I have heard of have had money stolen/crap service/faulty products from them.

I paid them a ridiculous ?60 or so for a Panasonic Q RGB cable with delivery-it took around 8 weeks to arrive despite me paying a lot for 5 day delivery, and when it did come, it absolutely did not work. Saurian modded it and commented on how appallingly bad their attempt at an RGB cable was.

Hmmmmz, after a lot of e-mail contact with Lan-Kwei, where their response was always pretty fast, I decided to order a modified Q RGB cable. I got it today (took less than a week), but can't seem to get it to work either...
So personally my experience so far has been positive. If they sell bad cables that would be a bad then, but I'm trying to figure that out now.

Have you plugged in the compostie switch ? thats the vertical sync - you need to make sure all connections are in

Ok it arrived quickly but it doesn't work. I'm almost certain the cable is made appallingly and will need to be fixed by someone! (just like my Q Cable from Lan-Kwei and many others)

Yeah, didn't know I had to connect the composite cinch.
But now I have image in composite and not RGB.
There's a big discussion about it on: http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/viewtopic.php?p=151184#151184

I got reply from Lan Kwei which should answer all the questions

                  "Hello Renzo,

thanks for the update, but I just got the bad news in: I've done a little research, because we got 3 negative feedbacks in the last week about the Q RGB cable (none before) already. So I've checked back with the engineer to check one of the cables in-stock, and upon opening them, he said that one transformator was missing?! I've written to the other customers who complained already, and one of them even confirmed this - he fixed it himself by adding the missing piece. Of course we cannot ask everyone to do so, so we have to recall the cables, including yours (unless you know how to fix it yourself).

You can ship it back to us, we will refund you the costs for that and replace it with a new one.

                  Sorry for the inconvenience!

                  Best Regards
                  Michael
