    New PC required some gaming

I am searching for a new pc it will mainly be used for day to day tasks but I would also like to get back into some pc gaming as I have missed out on Starcraft 2, Arma 2 and would like to be able to play diablo 3 when it launches. I am not fussed about running things at mega resolutions or that bothered about having everything turned upto the max as the majority of my gaming will still be done on consoles.
Can anyone recommend me a good site? I have considered barebones as long as motherboard and processor is fitted so any good barebones sites would be handy too.
I have so far looked on Ginger6 and Novatech but have never used either so wasnt sure how good they were.
Only other requirements are want to run windows7 64bit and hopefully not spend too much more than around ?500

Thanks in advance for any assistance provided

Build it yourself. You can make a top of the range powerhouse at that price.

yes mate I was considering that but i havent built a pc for a good few years now and assumed these new processors were more tricky.

Maybe I will visit Scan/ebuyer and see if I can price something up

No, I was fine putting together a cheap PC from Ebuyer with an AMD X4 core. No real issues, think the Intels could be more tricky but its just research.

Alternatively you could have it built, that's what I did because I don't trust myself with stuff like this. It'll still work out cheaper.

PCSpecialist is a manufacturer of high quality custom computers and laptops. Configure your ideal computer in just a few simple steps with a broad range available.

Bump it up to an x4 955 CPU, 4gb of ram, GTX 560, 600W PSU. ?550. Best pre-built I can find I'm afraid.

            Self build:

Much better CPU, better gfx card, more HDD space.
