US GC blown sound

Chaps,

(Stupidly) I attempted to splice a pair of phono plugs into my modded rgb lead today, pluged it in and got no sound, so removed extra phonos from the lead, still no sound. Tryed the cube with my svideo leads as well and it was still mute.

So looks like I've blown a fuse or some such caper.

Have emailed london console to see if the do reapirs, but, if not can you guys recommend anyone.

Remember a gamecube is very cheap if you want to replace it than get it repaired.

get another one as there cheap now for import ones especially and keep the other for any parts

Saurian figured out how to fix this eventually (after months of trying).
But at then end of the day, after postage and stuff, it's probably almost as cheap now to get a new one.

Thanks for your help, managed to sort the problem cheaply and easily with help from Saurian (more helpful than most of the online shops I use)
