Playstation 3 Hardrive Upgrade

Hello

I was hoping the knowledgeable peeps on here who have upgraded their PS3 hardrives could reccomend a good Hardrive to upgrade to?

I'm currently using a 60Gb Japanese backwards compatible 'Fat' PS3 and was warned off using 7200 rpm drives as they increase the heat in the machine.

I've also been told to avoid Western digital ones as they park their driveheads if not active every few seconds.

can someone clued up give me a good choice?

I'm using a WD Blue in a fat model, the last revision to be released, and never noticed excessive head parking.
