PS3 Video Playback - Corrupted Data issue - Halp PLS

Hi there, just a quick and boring question about video playback on the PS3.

I've been using handbrake to convert various video formats for playback on my fat 60gb machine. Whilst watching a movie last night about an hour into the movie it stopped and reported that the data had become corrupted. I skipped back to the point where it fell over and it wouldn't play beyond that point. This was extremely embarrassing as I had a group of friends round and it happened just as the big reveal was about to happen!!

Has anyone else had this issue? I've seen it once before ages ago and thought I'd circumvented it with my encoding profile which is a basic H264 mp4 with stereo AAC audio. The movie file is playing direct from the hard drive. Any help, anecdotes or info would be gratefully accepted.

Sorry if this post sent you to sleep!
