Does this one put out an RGB signal?

Yep, if thats the official PAL one it looks like then its RGB.

RGB ONLY at that, so if your TV is looking for a composite signal it won't find one.

If the TV (or SCART socket) isn't RGB compatable then it *will* find Composite video as Pin 20 is Composite Video (which RGB use for Composite Sync).

For some reason my official DC SCART lead doesn't output composite video at all - if you use it on a composite-only set (or have it through a scart switcher which *isn't* switched to RGB) then you just get a black screen.

I've seen other people say the same thing...

Me bad, I'm going to go to bed... -_- Most consoles just whack Composite Video through pin 20, forgot that the DC does output Composite Sync (rather then Video) through pin 20 when in RGB mode. >_<
