Delivery query about play247

I ordered a large amount of DVDs and Pro Evo from play 247 last Friday and then 2 more films the next day. I'm a bit worried because half my initial order (not including Evo) has turned up and I received the two films I ordered last today.

Is it unusual to receive stuff sent at a later day first, or does it happen all the time?

Yep happens all the time. Not sure why lazy postmen I reckon.
Also a few things that they've sent me before have been "lost," in the post, however I just give them a ring [because it's quicker than waiting for an email which they also reply to BTW] and they send another copy straight out. I think it has to be 10 working days after the dispatch date before they send again but they have no problem with either resending or crediting your card...

Cheers for that, I'm hoping there's just been a mix up and they turn up by the end of the week
