popstation for psp slim 3000?

I have a load of ps1 games converted through an old popstation on my phat psp and they run great


I recently copied these on my new psp slim 3000 and i get audio imperfections on some of the games

Question is, do i need to convert the games using a newer version fo rthe slim?

I use the same eboots that i had on my 1000 on my PSP Go. Have you tried changing the firmware version when booting the game? I've found i get better results with certain firmwares and with certain games.

thanks for the reply - how do i change the firmware version? I am using 6.39 pro B9

You just need to hold the R button down after you select the game, you should get a menu with all the pop versions you have.
