Single-Use Codes, which games/what do they do?

I posted this in a thread in GG, but thought I'd ask here.

Is there a wikipedia-type list somewhere of which games include a single-use code and what the code does? I'm buying games second hand at the moment and it would be useful information so I know what I'm getting/not getting for my money.

Also, is there a list of which games have a GOTY/ultimate edition and what is included in those?

I see that EA games require an additional charge on second hand games for this functionality. What is the price of this access? Are there any games where it's completely disabled?
