Printer not copying properly please help me :(

Hi.

I'm trying to print off a copy of a recent GAME email I received which offers the GOW3 Slim 360 for ?99 when u trade in your 250Gb 360.
I want to take it into the store to ensure I get the offer stated in my email, so I went to print of the email but it wont print the whole thing, only parts of it.
It wont print off the pictures, 1 of which is for the offer above.

I'm prinitng in Black & White btw, & I'm using a Cannon PIXMA MP170.

How can I fix this please?

What's the format of the email, in other words, how are you viewing the email for starters?

Try going into Page Setup, and then check the box where it says 'Print Background (colours and images)'.
