So I plunked down the cash for some Bluray software on pc, decided on Arcsoft as Cyberlink Power DVD seemed very bloated with extra crap.
Anyway so turns out about 80% of my Blurays audio won't play on it, something to do with TrueHD audio, the solution is to switch it to HDMI audio out to the TV, it works but all the time the audio is slightly out of sync with the picture, I guess its due to the PC displaying the picture and sound going through the TV causing a lag, also from time to time the audio just goes haywire and starts going all reverby and muffled, usually stops after a few minutes.
Anyway, anyone know a solution to this, maybe a way to force the audio out of my pc's regular sound output, which when the few Blurays that do work have no problem with lag.
Just settled in to start Fringe S3 on Bluray tonight and the lag is so distracting.
