3DS backwards compatible with DS single cart wireless play?

Can I send the (DS) Pac Man Vs (Namco Museum) to 3DS as well as DS for wireless single cart play?

Just tested it out Charles, yes you can.

I used a UK DS lite with a Jpn version of the namco collection (on flashcart) & i sent it to my Jpn 3DS, if using DS games you have to select the DS option from the download play thing on 3DS but it works, i got pacman vs running fine. I seriously doubt there would be a region lock for wireless downloads from DS games so the region of the namco collection shouldnt matter.
