someone translate japanese ICo menu for me?

Can someone explain to me what the options in the japanese ICO mean?

I think the first one on the title screen means press start but i dont know what each of the next 2 options do, as well as what the in game menu options do... well apart from brightness and change button layout...

Ive messed about with the 2/3 of the options and they dont seem to make much difference, one has an option of A or B while the other 2 toggle between 2 different japanese words...
