Getting a PAL Saturn modded or getting a Modded Saturn

I'm looking around for modded Saturn with the 50/60hz switch and multi region, but only Ebay has a few but are priced high and competion for them is high. Having looked at loads of diagrams about modding them, i don't think i can do it, but im looking for somewhere what could mod a PAL saturn if i where to buy one so it could be Multi region and have the 50/60hz switch.

I found a german site but it doesn't look like they do oversea's

I had look through the sales but i got tired after 2 search pages of nothing but saturn games. I've put another bid on another modded saturn last night on ebay that showed up, if im out bid again i will go for your offer
