PS3 Accounts Question

Okay, hopefully not too confusing of a question.
I have a PS3 from the USA that I have a US account on that I have always used. I also have a UK account that I've used many moons ago. I am now setting up a new UK account (as I dislike the ID I used previously) but have games on my PS3 that I bought from the previous UK account. Will I still be able to use these games on the new UK account if I delete the old account and ID off the console?

No. You'll have to keep the old unwanted accounts on the console.

You won't ever have to sign-in to them or anything, but they will still need to be there for the games to be playable with your new account.
