Best place to currently buy USA PSN cards

I want to grab the extra characters for Mortal Kombat, but have a US copy... where would people say the best place to buy US PSN cards is currently, who would email the code?

Used PC Games Supply for a pre-paid Playstation Plus card which was emailed over quickly.
