Played both demos of this last night and its fantastic! Its MoH with steroids. Anyone else played the demo?

Yeah, which demo did you play? As far as I know, theres the Stalingrad landing one, and the French town one as well..
I've played the Town one (hiding behind dead cow corpses) and its brilliant!
Seeing a pile of nazis manning a MASSIVE anti aircraft gun is pretty spectacular! -

Played thru both demos a few times last night. Its rather good and a definite buy.
Being part of a team works well and your "team-mates" do seem to act as a team and not just run around like headless chickens. On the first demo, just after you take out the half-track driver you find yourself behind a brick wall with Germans camped in the house across the road. I got to the end of the wall and decided to dart across the road and get to the side of the house - as i made my move my "team-mates" all opened covering fire at once giving me time to get across unscathed. Impressed.Comment

I am really new to PC gaming always been a console guy until i took up the challenege to build my own pc with my friend, seeing call of duty (and loads others!) has opened my eyes to new gaming.
I have only played the demo in the town (at least 5 times!) and i cant stop saying this is one of the best games of the year, dont see how anything could make me dissapointed in this game, it just oozes atmosphere.
This may mean nothing but i was totally impressed just when one of my team went to reload behind a wall took out a clip and reloaded, for me just seeing that animation detail was

From the two demo's ive played the game seems fantastic, think a m8 told me it was done by the original medal of honor team too, cant wait for it to be released, anyone know if its gonna have a multiplayer option??Comment

Just played the Dawnville demo... It's pretty good, very atmospheric, so tense etc. I must say I love seeing that in a PC game... esp one that runs on pretty good specs so I can have LAN games without some poor sod running the game at 640*480
It kinda reminds me of the first time you play RTCW with a decent team only single player I guess since they're the demos I downloaded.

I got this today and I'm really quite impressed. I've stuck to single player so far, but the levels are well constructed, the AI is pretty decent and it's all a lot of fun so far. Some really exhilerating levels, especially when you have to hold a position while being attacked from all angles. There are also a few on rails car chases which work a lot better than I would have expceted them to.
Anyway, it's good so far.
