Question regarding PS3 region DLC

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere before, but I've not been able to find it.

Basically I'm wanting to order myself a US copy of the FFXIII-2 Collector's Ed from VGPlus seeing as I missed out on a Crystal Edition, but I have a PS3 pre-order pack from GAME and would quite like to use up the Omega DLC code. Is that going to be possible at all?

Possible but can't say for sure.

Urgh, I've got the Chinese version in japanese with english subs, will I have to setup an account on asian psn to get the DLC?
