Xbox Live Free game - how was yours delivered?

The special offer where you had to sign up a friend before the end of June (I think).
I've still not got mine & am being told it was sent. They will still give me a game as long as it's Mech Assault or NBA2003 or some other crud that I already have.
I've asked them to tell me how it was sent, so whoever received theirs can you tell me if it was posted regular post, SD, courier etc.

Recorded post. I got 3 games, one came shortly after the offer, the next a month later and the last just recently as it was out of stock.
